BIRTHDAY PARTIES
September 7-November 2

- Party Times: Saturday 10 AM, 10:30 AM, 1 PM, 3 PM, and 4:30 PM
- 15 Children Included.
- Additional Children are $14 each.
- Attending Adults, Babies, and Children 2 & Under are Free (No pumpkin picking for Free Adults).
- Corn Maze Unlimited!
- Children can Pick a Pumpkin from Green Patch (Pie Pumpkin Size).
- TWO Hours in Our Barnyard Party Barn Room.
- Unlimited playtime in our Barnyard until closing time.
- Hayride for up to 25 people.
Please bring all paper goods, table coverings, and any decorations that you would like to use. All decorations must be disposed of or taken with you when you exit your picnic space. Please use the trash cans and bins provided to clean up after yourself. You may arrive up to 30 minutes before your party time to set up.
- You may bring outside food and beverages (no alcohol).
- Grills are not permitted.
- Piñatas, any type of confetti/table glitter and water balloons are not permitted.
Portable restrooms are located a short walk from the party areas. We also have a portable hand sink and lots of hand sanitizer stations.
Cancellation Policy
We provide a full refund up to 30 days from your event. 50% refund 14- 29 days before your event. No refund will be offered with a cancellation less than 14 days prior to your event. We are happy to help you reschedule.
If there is any doubt about the weather on the morning of your party, please call us at 304-263-1168. In most cases, we can provide covered space for you if a stray shower moves through the area. If it is too wet, we will be happy to reschedule your party, or if necessary, provide a refund.

Q: How many tables are in the space?
A: Our spacious venue comfortably accommodates up to 45 guests. The barn features 6×6 foot rectangular tables for seating, along with 3×6 foot and round tables for food.
Q: Am I allowed to bring a crockpot?
A: Yes, crockpots are okay.
Q: Are balloons and backdrops allowed?
A: Yes, you can bring your own decorations, balloons, and backdrop to personalize your event and make it truly special.
Trained service animals are welcome.
Comfort or emotional support animals and other non-service animals (pets) are not permitted at Orr’s Farm Market.
