Book Your Child’s Next Party at Orr’s Farm Market

 

We have gotten many questions lately about the process when you book a Birthday party at Orr’s, so I thought I’d give you a run down of how it all works. Once you’ve selected the perfect day for your party and booked it, the rest is pretty smooth.

On the day of your party, show up 30 minutes before to decorate, and setup any food, and drinks you may have. You’ll be greeted by one of our birthday party assistants who will happily help you unload your supplies into the designated party room. This person will be your point of contact throughout your party if you have any questions arise. They will also help you during your party with making sure the trash is taken out, and cleaning up any spills. The party assistant will convene with you at the beginning of the party and together you’ll decide what time you will be taking your hayride. You are allowed 2 hours in your party room, and unlimited time in The Barnyard until it closes for the day.

Most guests will have their food first, and then go out into The Barnyard. During this time, you and your guests can visit with the animals, and hang out in the playground area. There’s a large playground, a basketball hoop made out of farm equipment, sand diggers, a tire climb and more. All that to say- there’s lot to keep the kiddos happy and busy, while you sit under the shaded tent and talk with your guests.

Around this time is usually when your hayride would happen. You can have up to 25 people on your wagon. The tractor driver will take you on a scenic route around our farm that lasts about 10-15 minutes. You’ll then arrive back at The Barnyard where most guests head into the party room to do cake and ice cream. When the party has ended, you have 30 minutes to clean up the room and gather your belongings. The party assistant can help you load up your car with your supplies. If The Barnyard is still open (Closes at 5PM right now) you are welcome to head back out into The Barnyard and stay as long as you’d like with your guests.
